Pty Ltd (the supplier) until paid in full.
Goods must be paid for prior to dispatch unless otherwise negotiated.

Any claims for credit to be advised within 7
days of goods being received.
Breakages that occur after leaving our warehouse are not the
responsibility of Artflo Designs.
Artflo Designs are happy to use customers own freight company
if available, otherwise goods will be sent by carriers who are
not insured to cover the cost of on route breakages (except at
customers own cost).
Credits and/or replacements are provided at the discretion of
Artflo Designs. No Refunds are issued.
Return of Goods not acceptable without prior
approval (Goods returned are at customers own cost).
Returned Goods will incur a 15% "re-stocking fee".
Artflo Designs has the discretion not to supply any customer
who has an outstanding debt.
A Transaction Fee of 2% will apply for all purchases using an
Amex Card (from 1st July 2006). All other Credit Cards will not
at this time incur a fee. Transaction fees may be imposed from
time to time based on charges imposed on Merchant. Notification
of all Transaction Fees will be advised on our website.
Specials Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other Discounts.
