Terms and Conditions of Order

IT IS AGREED THAT
all goods sold remain the property of ALMA IMPORTERS PTY LTD (the supplier) until fully paid for and all cheques cleared. The supplier will exercise its best endevour to have all goods delivered as per order but the customer shall make no claim against the supplier for either late or non delivery. This contract for the supply of goods is deemed to have entered into the State of Victoria and all payments to the supplier are to be made to the supplier at its address in Victoria. Should any account associated with this order not be paid within 30 days of the end of the month following shipment, a service fee may be charged to the account at current rates.
